Beginning and experienced students welcome. Foundation instruction for new students in basic martial arts techniques, forms and selfdefense. Opportunities for advanced study as well as national and international sport competitions for experienced students. Leadership training and mentorship for youth and young adults. Focus will be on practical application and selfdefense techniques, especially womens selfdefense, in order to better assess, avoid and counter potential hazards or threats to your safety.

Additional study will be offered in martial arts culture and principles through suggested readings and group discussions.
