Commment 1: Im in I wish I had the courage to post the auatcl numbers but I dont Suffice it to say that I dont think Ive ever weighed as much as I do currently except when I was very pregnant and Im well not now Some of what I need to lose is baby weight but some of it is IjustwentfacedowninabowloficecreamatPM weight Sadly pounds still isnt all the weight that needs to come off but its a beginning Im going to start by cutting out the extra treats and make sure my calories come from food and not regular soda or Starbucks and I need to get moving x per week on the bike we have at home or by walking the dog or going to the gym
